How much does it cost to create my branding?

Because every business has unique branding and design requirements, we first schedule an introductory call to discuss your project design needs and business objectives to determine if we’re the right team for you. If we are a good match, we’ll create a custom proposal for the scope of work that we assessed from our initial conversation. Our branding design services typically fall in the range of $3K-$5K.

How long does it take to design my brand?

Build cycles take between 4 and 6 weeks. Factors that play a role are the project’s complexity, your role in the project, and your availability to complete tasks and respond to feedback as we produce the content. We work intimately with only 1 to 2 clients at a time, so we can focus on your project and maintain the proposed timeline.

What is included in each package?

Our brand packages include a set number of logo designs, collateral items, and design revisions. We can create custom recommendations for you to fit your business needs that expand upon the base package. We can assure you that you’ll have everything you need to hit the ground running.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We understand you are about to make a significant investment into your business, so we offer simple payments throughout the project timeline. We split single branding projects into 2 or 3 equal amounts and combo brand and website projects into 3 or 4 equal amounts. All payments are due before the completion of your project.

How will we communicate during the design process?

We will schedule two initial design meetings before beginning any design work. You can freely contact us by email or phone, and schedule video calls during the duration of your project’s timeline.

How will I receive each design phase?

We use Basecamp, a project management application that provides the necessary tools to collaborate during the design process. You’ll have a client portal to see progress, know what tasks are coming up and completed, submit work, and be able to chat with us along the way.

What files are included in each brand package?

We provide you with the final logo designs in standard file formats, such as JPG, PDF, PNG, AI, EPS, and SVG files. We may include additional files for your brand collateral items, depending on your package.

Who orders my printed collateral?

To order printed materials for your project, you must place the order directly with your print vendor of choice. If you would like our assistance placing these orders at the end of your project, we are happy to guide you to our favorite printing company and provide tips on printing the designs accurately.

How will I receive my final design files?

Upon completing your project, you will be able to download your digital design files and images in all popular file formats from a shared Google Drive folder.

Are my files editable?

Any logo designs, business cards, brand identity guides, and social media graphics created for you will be final once delivered. Some package add-ons come with brand collateral items that include editable files – we will notate those in your project proposal. You can purchase original design files for an additional $85 per file.

How much work do I have to do before the project begins?

Each brand package includes a Brand Questionnaire and a Pinterest Inspiration Moodboard. You must complete the Questionnaire before your project start date, and you are required to use the Moodboard as part of your presentation and inspiration.

What do I need to have ready by the start of my project?

Please be prepared to provide any marketing media, such as brand photography, current collateral you’re using, and any previous branded content you own. What you submit or what we ask for will vary by client and at what stage you are in your business.
