Website Design for Real Estate Agents
A DIY website can get you started, but it won’t position you as the expert that buyers and sellers want to work with. And relying on the “free” site your brokerage provides can hold you back even more. Broker-issued sites look identical, limit your ability to run ads, and disappear the moment you change brokerages, taking your leads, SEO, and hard-earned traffic with them.
You deserve a website that works as hard as you do, and one that you truly own.
We design WordPress websites built specifically for real estate agents who want control over their brand, their leads, and their growth. With a custom site, you can:
- Run ads that actually convert, without brokerage restrictions
- Keep your SEO authority and traffic no matter where you hang your license
- Showcase your listings and expertise in a way that highlights you
- Build long-term brand recognition that sets you apart from every other agent in your market

Website Design FAQ’s
How much does it cost to create a website?
Every real estate and home industry business is different, so your website needs will be too. A property manager might need lead capture tools, while a builder could want a project gallery or an interior designer might need a strong portfolio. That’s why we start with a discovery call to learn about your goals and make sure we’re the right fit. From there, we’ll create a custom proposal for your project. Most of the websites we design fall in the $6,000–$10,000 range, depending on features and complexity.
Do you only create WordPress websites?
How long does it take to build a website?
Most of our website projects take about 6 to 10 weeks from start to finish. The timeline depends on the scope of your site, how quickly you can provide content and feedback, and the features you need. Since we only work with a handful of real estate and home industry clients at a time, you’ll have our full attention throughout the process, which helps us keep your project moving and on schedule.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! We know a new website is a big investment for your business, so we make the payment process simple. Website projects can be split into 2 or 3 payments throughout the project. This way, you can spread out the investment while still keeping the project on track. All payments are scheduled to be completed before your site officially launches.
How much access will I have during the build cycle?
We start by designing your website prototype in Figma, so you can review the layout and flow before we write a single line of code. Once we move into development, we’ll build your site on a password-protected staging site and give you access at key stages of the process. This way, you can provide feedback as we go and see exactly how your website is coming together on desktop and mobile — without any surprises at launch.
How will we communicate?
Clear communication is key to keeping your project on track. We’ll stay connected through a mix of Google Meet calls, email, and text messaging so you always know what’s happening. You’ll also have regular check-ins at key milestones, which means you’ll never have to wonder where things stand. Along the way, you can share feedback, ask questions, and stay in the loop without any stress.
What additional costs might be associated with the project?
We keep our pricing as transparent as possible, so there are no surprises along the way. The only extra costs you might see are things like premium plugin licenses, stock photos or video, or additional design time if the project goes beyond the original scope. For real estate and home industry websites, this can sometimes include things like IDX/MLS integration, interactive map tools, or booking software. Anytime that comes up, we’ll give you free and paid options first, so you can decide what makes the most sense for your business before anything is added to your total.
After the website is launched, what happens?
Launch week includes a live training and Q&A session where we’ll walk you through your new site and show you exactly how to use it. The call is recorded, so you’ll always have tutorials to look back on whenever you need them. To keep your site secure and running smoothly, we also offer discounted monthly maintenance packages exclusively for our clients — covering updates, backups, and ongoing support. We’ll review your options at the end of the project so you can choose the level of support that feels right for you.
Overall, what is expected of me as a client?
Your biggest role in the process is being engaged and available. We’ll need your input for things like edits, revisions, and feedback, plus time for quick check-ins along the way. Every project also comes with a simple list of responsibilities specific to your website — like providing content, brand assets, or property photos. When you stay involved, we can keep the project moving smoothly and make sure your site reflects your business exactly the way you want it to.
